Introducing the Allen Bradley Micro800 Controllers

In following blogs we will take a more detailed look at the individual controllers, but in this instance this article is just to give a general account of the Allen Bradley Micro800 Controllers range and there general functionality.

The Allen Bradley Micro800 family of controllers offer a cost effective alternative for automation systems and consist of five family members.

The Micro 810 functions as a smart relay with high current relay outputs.

The Micro 820 is specifically designed for smaller standalone machines and remote automation projects with embedded Ethernet and Serial ports and a microSD slot for data logging and recipe management.

The Micro830 controller is designed with flexibility to address a wide range of standalone machine control applications with support for up to 5 plug-in modules.

The Micro850 controller is equipped with the same functionality as the Micro830 with the advantage of additional I/O.

The Guardmaster 440C-CR30 is a flexible, cost-effective and easy-to-use configurable safety relay ideal for applications requiring 4 to 10 safety circuits and control of up to 5 zones.
